My name is Paige Mosher, and I am an illustrator with a passion for toy design, greeting cards, and other concentrations of art that complement my cute and kitschy sensibilities.

Paper Mind Prisons – Patterns

A small square swatch of the pattern "Debra's Little Darlings" from "Paper Mind Prisons". This is one of two hero patterns modeled after the character Debra, and this pattern by far leans the most heavily into the menhera aspect of "Paper Mind Prisons" with imagery such as a cartoon skull attached by string to a bleeding heart, various pill capsules, and a wide-open slit with holes on the side indicating that the site had previously been stitched.
Debra's Little Darlings – Lamenting Lavender
A small square swatch of the pattern "Dainty but Deadly" from "Paper Mind Prisons". This is one of four blender patterns created for the character Debra and features alternating rows of cute, stylized skulls and a butterfly with a pill capsule body and heart-shaped wings.
Dainty but Deadly – Loyal Blue Violet
A small square swatch of the pattern "Elysia's Mind Maps" from "Paper Mind Prisons". This is one of two hero patterns modeled after the character Elysia and includes kitsch-inspired floral arrows pointing left and right paired with a larger, more intricate blossom in the dead center to resemble a compass rose. Smaller and simpler flowers and buds, along with a studded ribbon to clearly divide each row of blossoms.
Elisia's Mind Map– Cream of the Crop
A small square swatch of the pattern "Room for Improvement" from "Paper Mind Prisons". This is one of four blender patterns modeled after the character Elysia, consisting of simple spiral-like flowers with thin petals in between rows of thick, shingled ribbons.
Room for Improvement – Introspective Orange
A small square swatch of the pattern "Lotte's Favorite Lace" from "Paper Mind Prisons". This is one of two hero patterns modeled after the character Lotte and combines old-fashioned dollhouses and doilies with more contemporary visions of glitz and glamor, as seen by the sparkles and the floral designs taking a much more geometric form here.
Lotte's Favorite Lace – Mint That Won't Quit
A small square swatch of the pattern "Loom and Doom" from "Paper Mind Prisons". This is one of four blender patterns modeled after the character Lotte, consisting solely of a repeating image of a floral design made from overlapping circles and loops, creating a texture not unlike a crocheted blanket, complete with a little bit of sparkle to tie it together with the rest of Lotte's patterns.

Nouveau Age of Women Pattern Coordinates

A swatch of the hero pattern for my Nouveau Age of Women pattern coordinates, aptly titled "Womankind's Hero". As the star of the show in these coordinates, this pattern is packed to the brim with the signature colors and iconography of the 1910's Suffragette movement, including the Suffragette Medal of Valor with the Feminist Movement symbol, star-shaped flowers and striped flags.

A swatch of one of the secondary patterns for my Nouveau Age of Women pattern coordinates, "Dressed to the 1910's". Front and center in this pattern is one of many iterations of the iconic "suffragette hat" used by campaigners for women's rights nationwide interspersed among tiny heart-shaped leaves and star-shaped flowers.
Dressed to the 1910's – Dawn of a New Era Yellow
A swatch of one of the secondary patterns for my Nouveau Age of Women pattern coordinates, "On Her Honor" The woman depicted in the commemorative ribbon, placed in the middle of two suffragette sashes, is none other than Emmeline Pankhurst, who helped earn women the right to vote in the UK. Surrounding her and the sashes are a traditional leaf and flower pattern along with two commemorative flowers for her on either side of her ribbon.
On Her Honor – Womanly Willow
A swatch of one of the secondary patterns for my Nouveau Age of Women pattern coordinates, "Femininity in Full Bloom". This pattern leans more into the Art Nouveau aspect of the project and evokes imagery closer to that of a traditional floral textile with alternating rows of large, medium purple flowers and smaller white blooms to occupy some of the leftover negative space.

This pattern leans more into the Art Nouveau aspect of the project with a more abstract element to it, featuring small, dainty leaves and spores interwoven along much larger branching vines.

This pattern leans more into the Art Nouveau aspect of the project and has a more regal and sophisticated element to it, with tall blooms of trumpet flowers donning their own pair of flowing wings.

A full-page layout with all six of the Nouveau Age of Women pattern coordinates, as well as a short blurb written to give some background to the patterns. If the blurb can't be read in the image, then here it is transcribed: "The polite and submissive 'model housewife' is so last century. Show the patriarchy that you mean business and their day of reckoning has come with these bold and inspirational Suffragette-inspired patterns. Also contains a touch of Art Nouveau to add that much more class and sophistication as you stylishly read misogyny the riot act".

Paper Mind Prisons– Characters & Environments

The full paper doll set for the character Evelyn from "Paper Mind Prisons". They are a small, cherub-like doll inspired by vintage cloth dolls, in particular Raggedy Ann, as well as potato sack dolls. They come with two separate outfits along with four unique props– a bird cage, a rocking horse, a first-place medallion, and a piggy bank.

Monster(a)s Sticker Pack

The Wolfsbane Monster(a)– named after the wolf's bane flower, also colloquially known as "monk's hood" and infamously very poisonous. The "wolf" aspect of this design is also taken from the Inuit religion's Amarok and scientific reconstructions of the now extinct dire wolf.

The Banksheea Monster(a)– its main namesake is the banshee, a foreboding female spirit hailing from Irish folklore, with the plant-based part of its design being based off of the flower genuses Rafflesia and Banksia.

The Snapdragon Monster(a)– true to its name, it is based off of the snapdragon flower, as well as the amphiptere, a dragon-like being commonly seen in European armory.

The Dracuncula Monster(a)– as its name suggests, its main design motif stems from the vampire bat (reminiscent, perhaps, of Vlad Dracula himself) as well carrion flowers (particularly the star flower and the genus Rafflesia).

The Chimera Monster(a)– aptly named after and inspired by the chimera of Greek mythology, with the orange coloration on some of its flowers alluding to the Lion's Tail plant.

MAXIM New Orleans Bachelor Party Cover Idea

The flat image for my magazine cover project, covering some of the more well-known charm points of New Orleans as a bachelor party destination. This includes the cocktail culture, the jazz scene, burlesque shows, Mardi Gras, and their casinos.

The full mock magazine cover with text. The prompt for this project required choosing a real magazine as a fake client, so I chose Maxim magazine. For those using a screen reader, here is what the additional flavor text says: the edition is "March / April 2022; the fake article titles are 1) "Of Mixes and Men– The History and Legacy of the Sazerac", 2) "5 Casinos Worth Targeting to Hit It Big in the Big Easy", and 3) "How to Make the Most of Mardi Gras– The Bachelor's Guide"; and finally, the edition title is "Bachelor Party in New Orleans".

Le Fromage de Famille

The Ruined Birthday Party

The full "Dog in a Cowboy Hat" illustration. In this scene, a Western-themed birthday party held for the dogs is crashed by the cats, knocking all of the desserts off of the table while two smaller dogs unsuccessfully try to prevent the table from falling.
About Me
I am an up-and-coming freelance artist based in Lititz, PA, where my love for pattern making sprouted from being surrounded by the works of local Pennsylvania Dutch craftsmen. I graduated from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in 2023, majoring in Illustration.
Outside of my main career, I also like to dabble in sculpture, creative writing, zine making, and graphic design. Those projects can be found scattered across my social media in the links below, or I’ll post an update in my blog if there’s any news surrounding them.

A series of middle grade books that my father writes and publishes. I help with the design work and book covers. There are currently three books in the series with a fourth well on the way and a blog where the author updates his progress every so often.
